Single-cell RNA sequencing of human brain metastasis tumors. Homo sapiens

The research involved performing single-cell RNA sequencing on five specimens that were surgically removed due to metastatic brain tumors originating from lung cancer. This allowed for the acquisition of expression profiles for individual cells present in the tumor microenvironment, enabling an analysis of the microenvironment's response to the tumor.
