We report high-throughput RNA sequencing of ?crp and five adaptively evolved mutants of ?crp in the batch exponential phase, IG116-?crp in batch exponential phase and ?crp and two adaptively evolved mutants of ?crp in chemostat cultivations Overall design: RNA was extracted from two biological replicates of WT, ?crp , five adaptively evolved mutants of ?crp and IG116- ?crp in the batch exponential phase grown in glucose minimal media conditions. For glucose-limited chemostat cultivations, RNA was extracted from two biological replicates of WT, ?crp , two adaptively evolved mutants of ?crp after 3-5 residence times at steady state. RNA sequencing was done using Illumina Hi-Seq 2500 (Rapid Mode) platform.
