Min6 cell secretome may protect PC12 cell from amyloid beta toxicity. We tested whether Min6 cell culture supernatant may attenuate PC12 cell death induced by amyloid beta. To elucidate effect of Min6 cell secretome treatment for PC12, RNA-seq was conducted with PC12 cells treated with Min6 cell culture supernatant and amyloid beta. Min6 cell secretome may protect PC12 cell from amyloid beta toxicity. We tested whether Min6 cell culture supernatant may attenuate PC12 cell death induced by amyloid beta.
