资源简介:
There is a lasso peptide biosynthesis gene cluster downstream of QS functional genes of all MCs-degrading bacteria. However, the role of lasso peptide in the phycosphere and whether QS regulates the synthesis of lasso peptide remains unclear. In view of the above two problems, experimental researches were conducted and the following conclusions were obtained: lasso peptide significantly inhibited the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa by inhibiting its photosynthetic activity and the synthesis of chlorophyll a. Lasso peptide has well structural stability and can be successfully heterologous expressed in E. coli, so it shows great potential in the treatment of bloom-forming cyanobacteria.
