Melinaea menophilus n. ssp. AW-2005, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for butterfly species Melinaea menophilus n. ssp. AW-2005. The assembly is provided by the Wellcome Sanger Institute Tree of Life Programme (https://www.sanger.ac.uk/programme/tree-of-life/) in collaboration with Joana Meier at the Department of Zoology, University of Cambridge.
