We aim to understand here, the influence of TCR-V?5+ ?dT cells in the recruitment of TRM population. Along these lines we will analyse the populations of TRM recruited to the Skin after the challenge process (induction of allergic contact dermatitis), in the presence of TCR-V?5+ or TCR-V?5- (replacement population). Overall design: Examination of TRM in challenged in WT and FVB/NTac (FVB.Tac) mice carrying a mutation in Skint1 gene.
