This dataset contains the source data and supplementary materials supporting the manuscript entitled “Integrated computational and experimental identification of HSP90β as a potential candidate target of bufalin in hepatocellular carcinoma” The deposited files include source data associated with Figures 6–8, Supplementary Figure 1, and Supplementary Table. These materials support the experimental analyses of the effects of bufalin on hepatocellular carcinoma cells, including target-engagement and functional experiments. Publicly available transcriptomic and clinical datasets analyzed in this study, including TCGA-LIHC and GSE14520, are not duplicated in this repository. Protein expression data obtained from the Human Protein Atlas are likewise available from the original public resource.
