Multispectral widefield optical imaging of cortex-wide neuronal calcium, oxidative metabolism (approximated as flavoprotein autofluorescence, or FAF), and hemodynamics (oxygenated hemoglobin) collected simultaneously with pupil diameter and whisker motion ("face" files). Data acquired in 10 minute sessions from N=7 awake mice. Preprocessed data files are included here for convenience. Raw data files are available upon request.
