RADseq data for Atlantic and Indian Yellow-nosed albatross

This dataset contains demultiplexed fq.gz files of RADseq data for Atlantic and Indian yellow-nosed albatrosses. All sequences are trimmed to 80bp, and adaptors are removed. This dataset has sequences from 48 Atlantic and 48 Indian yellow-nosed albatrosses. Atlantic yellow-nosed albatross samples are from the three breeding populations: Gough Island (Sample01-Sample16), Inaccessible Island (Sample17-Sample32), and Nightingale Island (Sample33-Sample48). For the Indian yellow-nosed albatross, there are sequences for birds from one breeding population, Amsterdam Island (Sample49-Sample64), and bycatch samples from around New Zealand (Sample65-Sample80) and South Africa (Sample81-Sample96). A total of 16 individuals are sampled for each breeding population or bycatch group.
