This project aims to find the specific genomic regions of Prevotella copri that causeRheumatoid arthritis by comparative genomics using next-generation sequencing.
The genome sequence of strain Indica will contribute to the better understanding of the biology of P. copri and the molecular basis of its dominance in the gut of Indian subjects.
