Ancestral range reconstructions from are shown on the far right in column 6. We have simplified the Lagrange results by summarizing the probabilities for reconstructions that occurred across multiple islands, naming them “widespread”. Results with the highest probabilities are underlined. Asterisk indicates that the node was used as a calibration in the calibration based analyses.
