Dataset & R code used to analyse the prevalence of the FME-D combination in Parids

This R code and the associated dataset are the raw and organised data used to analyse the prevalence of the FME-D combination in Parids. We recorded 7 different species of Parids when mobbing and analysed whether (1) they produced two distinct classes on notes (FME and D notes) and (2) whether they combined it with the FME followed by the D notes.
