QHistone is a predictive database integrating 1,534 ChIP-seq datasets for 27 histone modifications in Arabidopsis, using machine learning to infer epigenomic profiles of query proteins and their roles in transcriptional regulation. It identifies synergistic regulatory interactions between proteins and screens unexplored co-regulating pairs, enabling computational validation with tissue-specific gene expression data.
