Dataset for: Population Structure, Genetic Diversity and Isolation by Distance in Natural Salix alba L. Populations of Northwestern Iran

This dataset accompanies the manuscript entitled "Population Structure, Genetic Diversity and Isolation by Distance in Natural Salix alba L. Populations of Northwestern Iran". The dataset contains the raw data generated and analyzed during this study and includes: • Morphology.csv: Morphological measurements of 40 naturally occurring Salix alba individuals sampled from northwestern Iran. Leaf traits represent mean values calculated from 40 fully expanded leaves collected from different crown aspects of each sampled tree. • ISSR_binary_matrix.csv: Binary matrix generated from seven ISSR primers. ISSR loci were scored as presence (1) or absence (0) of reproducible bands. • Sampling_locations.csv: Geographic information for all sampled individuals, including sample code, geographic region, latitude, longitude, and altitude. • README.txt: Description of the dataset structure, variables, and sampling information. These data support the findings reported in the associated manuscript and may be reused for non-commercial scientific research with appropriate citation.
