This repository contains the data used to perform device simulation in the article "Analysing the impact of the hole transport layer on the space charge distribution and hysteresis in perovskite solar cells using capacitance-voltage profiling", submitted in September 2024 to the journal Sustainable Energy and Fuels.

The authors of this data and the article are E. Regalado-Pérez, Evelyn B. Díaz-Cruz, and J. Villanueva-Cab
