CharacterOS Regulation Mapping Table v1.0

This dataset maps 30 regulatory articles from four frameworks — the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), HIPAA (45 CFR Parts 160 & 164), the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF 1.0), and China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL, 2021) — to specific operational controls and audit evidence paths for physical AI character deployments (social robots, kiosk AI, elder care systems). Each row specifies: the regulatory article and its obligation, the platform control that satisfies it (e.g. safety harness configuration, consent logging, PHI redaction pipeline), and the audit log evidence an inspector can retrieve to verify compliance. The table is designed to be machine-readable and is released under CC BY 4.0 so that any physical AI governance platform may adopt or extend it.
