The data of the article “Three-dimensional numerical simulation of particle separation using a dusty plasma ratchet”

This dataset contains data for plotting Figures 2-7 of the article "Three-dimensional numerical simulation of particle separation using a dusty plasma ratchet". The "nel.csv", "nes. csv", "Vl. csv", and "Vs. csv" in the "ElectronDensity&Potential" folder are raw data files of electron density and cross-sectional potential obtained through fluid simulation methods, as shown in Figure 2 of the main text. The "“Interp_U.mat" in the "ISO-Surface" folder provides the interpolated 3D potential data, and "V=47VISOSurface. mat" is the U=47V isosurface data obtained based on the 3D potential data used in Figure 3. This type of file can be opened using software such as Octave or Matlab. The csv file in the "OriginDatOfLocation" folder provides the raw data of particle positions in molecular dynamics simulations. Based on this data, matching the coordinate system described in the article can obtain Figure 4. The number in the file name represents time, "Little" represents small particles, and "Large" represents large particles. The "StatisticsOfParticles" folder provides the drawing data of Figure 5 in the article. This data is obtained by calculating the coordinate relationship between the particle position and the position of the ratchet unit in the "OriginDatOfLocation" folder. "Little. csv" represents the position data of small particles, and "Large. csv" represents the position data of large particles. The "Large-Z.csv" and "Little Z.csv" files in the "StatisticsForZ" folder respectively provide the height data of the particles in Figure 6. The "Large U. csv" and "Little U. csv" files in the "U" folder respectively provide the drawing data of the corresponding curves for particles of different sizes in Figure 7.
