资源简介:
This study focuses on the transcriptomic analysis of wild-type (WT) and bar gene genetically modified (GM) Arabidopsis thaliana exposed to graphene oxide (GO) treatments at concentrations of 0.75 mg-C/L. The experiment was conducted using 1/2 MS semi-solid medium to evaluate the effects of GO on plant growth and gene expression. WT and GM Arabidopsis seeds were surface-sterilized and cultivated under controlled conditions. The plates were sealed and placed at 4 degrees Celsius in darkness for 2 days to induce vernalization, then transferred to a growth chamber set to 25 degrees Celsius during the day and 22 degrees Celsius at night, with 60 percent humidity and a 16-hour light/8-hour dark photoperiod. After 14 days of cultivation, transcriptome sequencing was performed to analyze the molecular responses of Arabidopsis to graphene oxide treatments.
