Glycine max Raw sequence reads

This dataset comprises RNA-seq data from low phytic acid soybean mutant lines Gm-lpa-TW75-1 (referred to as TW-1) and its corresponding wild-type parental variety, Taiwan 75 (referred to as TW75). The TW-1 mutant line was developed through gamma irradiation, whereas TW75 is a widely cultivated vegetable soybean variety in Zhejiang Province, China. Seeds were collected from plants grown in adjacent plots within the same field during the spring and autumn seasons of 2020 at the Experimental Farm of the Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Sampling was conducted at three key developmental stages: Early Stage (ES): 15-20 days after flowering (DAF); Middle Stage (MS): R6 stage; and Late Stage (LS): R8 stage. Both spring and autumn samples were included in the analysis. All collected samples were immediately frozen and stored at -80 degrees Celsius until further metabolite analysis and RNA extraction. This dataset provides valuable insights into the gene expression profiles associated with different developmental stages and seasonal variations in both low phytic acid mutant and wild-type soybean lines.
