Sweating process promotes toxigenic fungi expansion and increases the risk of combined contamination of mycotoxins in Radix Dipsaci

This study aims to investigate the impact of sweating on the contamination of Radix Dipsaci with toxigenic fungi and mycotoxins, and to explore the changes in microbiome, toxigenic fungi, and mycotoxins resulting from the sweating process in this traditional Chinese medicine.
