资源简介:
This thesis investigates the function of P-Rex1, a protein linked to cancer cell migration and metastasis, in estrogen receptor-positive (ER+ve) breast cancer. It identifies a novel interaction between P-Rex1 and INPP4B that promotes cancer cell proliferation and movement. Additionally, P-Rex1 promotes to partial epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (p-EMT), a process that contributes to metastasis. These findings provide new insights into how P-Rex1 and INPP4B influence breast cancer progression, offering potential targets for improved treatments, including those for therapy-resistant ER+ve breast cancer.
