We have performed gene expression analyses as part of a European multicentre study on MPNST. The data was used for transcriptomic subtyping, gene set enrichment analyses and integration with DNA copy number data. This series consists of tissue samples from 64 MPNSTs and 15 neurofibromas analyzed on Affymetrix Human Transcriptome 2.0 Arrays.
