资源简介:
While much cancer research has elucidated the importance of regulation at the transcriptional level, regulation at post-transcriptional levels is less studied, and as such, could reveal novel opportunities for targeted therapy development to benefit clinical cancer research. Tristetraprolin (TTP, also known as ZFP36) is an RNA-binding protein that has been described as a tumor suppressor in multiple cancers. Here, we conduct a global transcriptomic analysis in the MDA-MB-231 cell line, a triple negative breast cancer cell model, to investigate the effects of TTP re-expression on multiple pathways and phenotypes that play key roles in the development and progression of neoplasia. RNA-seq profiling of EV- and TTP-expressing cell lines in MDA-MB-231/tet-off cell model. MDA-MB-231 cells were stably transfected with the tet-off expression system prior to transfection with EV or TTP plasmids. Each line was sequenced in biological quadruplicate
