ANISEED

ANISEED is the main information system in the field of ascidian developmental biology.This new architecture was used to improve and enrich the description of Ciona intestinalis embryonic development, based on an improved genome assembly and gene model set, refined functional gene annotation, and anatomical ontologies, and a new collection of full ORF cDNAs.ANISEED是海鞘（ascidian）发育生物学领域的核心信息系统。依托优化后的基因组组装（genome assembly）与基因模型集、精细化的基因功能注释（functional gene annotation）、解剖学本体论（anatomical ontologies），以及全新的全长开放阅读框cDNA（full ORF cDNAs）数据集，该系统通过全新架构对玻璃海鞘（Ciona intestinalis）的胚胎发育描述进行了完善与丰富。
