Software for simulation in publication: Auxin-mediated stress relaxation in pericycle and endoderm remodelling drive lateral root initiation

The dataset contains the code necessary for the simulations in this work, and associated files. It contains, specifically, the package wrapping our C++ code with the core functionality of the simulated object. Python script examples of how to build the simulation. The actual scripts and lattices used for the publication in question. Therein we also have a README file detailing how to install this package and all requirements, along with additional documentation.
