We used ChIP-Seq to profile AR binding and H3K27 acetylation genome-wide in LNCaP cells with and without PRMT inhibition and knockdown. Overall design: ChIP-Seq of AR and H3K27ac in LNCaP cells treated with DMSO or Furamidine, or infected with shLacZ or shPRMT1. Two replicates and matched input controls for each condition.
