Interpretable AI for drug response prediction

This dataset contains input data needed to run the models evaluated in our study "Interpretable deep learning architectures for improving drug response prediction: myth or reality?". The data required to run each model is organized into sub-folders, with the folder name being the corresponding model name. The data in 'model_agnostic_data' is shared by all models.
