This dataset includes ATR-FTIR, FTIR imaging, and Raman imaging spectroscopic data acquired from Reynoutria japonica (Japanese knotweed) tissues exposed to short-term UVC radiation and corresponding controls. The study investigates biochemical and metabolic alterations in leaves, stems, and roots, focusing on changes in major biomolecular groups such as phenolics, lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins. ATR-FTIR spectra represent bulk tissue composition, while FTIR and Raman hyperspectral images capture spatial distribution of molecular components. Preprocessed spectral datasets, integration reports, and MATLAB analysis files are provided to ensure reproducibility of chemometric analyses and facilitate comparative research on plant abiotic stress responses.
