This study focuses on the interaction between Trichoderma harzianum (fungal strain) and Bacillus velezensis (bacterial strain). We collected mycelium samples of T. harzianum under two conditions: 1) monoculture (control group) and 2) co-culture with B. velezensis (interaction group). Illumina-based RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) was performed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of T. harzianum, aiming to reveal the molecular mechanism of its response to B. velezensis.
