Data for Design Factors Levels

This dataset supports the development and analysis of a wind turbine performance model based on five environmental and design factors: wind speed, turbine hub height, air density, rotor diameter (swept area), and surface roughness (obstruction). The data are derived from NASA's MERRA-2 meteorological records for the year 2024, including daily wind speed at 10 meters. The low and high levels of wind speed and air density were selected using the 25th and 75th percentiles, respectively.
