National Audit of Psychosis - Audit on Early Intervention in Psychosis services - case note audit

This dataset contains information about patients attending Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP) services, sampled over a one year period. It includes whether people received interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) or physical health screening.
