RNA-Seq analyses of pancreata from mice with expression of the following genes: (1) "KC" mice with KRasG12D; (2) "KSC" mice with dual expression of KRasG12D and ST6Gal1 (3) "SC" mice with expression of ST6Gal1; and (4) "WT" mice representing littermate controls lacking Cre expression.
