SI Table 4 from Two Species, Two Stories: divergent morphometric evolution of sheep and goats over the last 8,000 years

Interspecific comparisons for sheep and goat. Size is assessed using pairwise Wilcoxon tests. Shape variation was evaluated using MANOVA. Variance in size and shape was calculated via linear regression and pairwise variance comparisons with pairwise tests. For the Angle PCA, values represent mean angles calculated after 1000 bootstrap iterations, reflecting differences in the primary axes of morphological variation between the two species.
