Data and code for: Global Bias-Aware Synthesis of Meta-Analyses Reveals Context-Dependent Forest-Soil Responses to Management and Global Change

This archive contains the data, code, figure inputs, and supplementary materials supporting a bias-aware second-order meta-analysis of forest-soil responses to management and global-change drivers. The archive includes raw extracted meta-analytic effects from 33 published meta-analyses, processed model-ready datasets, quality assessment tables, primary-study overlap matrices, climate reconstruction tables, supplementary tables, and R scripts for generating manuscript figures. The evidence base contains 406 extractable meta-analytic effects. Thirty-two meta-analyses contributed lnRR-compatible effects, and 31 met the strict variance criteria for the primary quantitative model. Four SMD-only effects are retained as descriptive evidence but excluded from lnRR pooling. The secondary sources are the published meta-analyses listed in Supplementary Table S1.
