A systems-level study identifies inter-specific translational regulation as important in the elevated CO2 response in two Solanum species RNA-Seq and TRAP-Seq data from S. lycopersicum and S. pennellii from roots or shoots, at 3 developmental stages (6,9 and 12 days after planting), under elevated (700ppm) or ambient (400ppm) CO2 conditions.
