Global Human Settlement Layer提供全球建筑物、人口、城市化程度、聚落范围和人类居住变化的遥感派生数据；由欧盟委员会联合研究中心提供，用于城市研究、灾害风险、可持续发展和区域规划分析。The Global Human Settlement Layer provides remotely sensed derived data covering global buildings, population, urbanization level, settlement extent and human settlement changes; it is developed by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, and is intended for analyses in urban research, disaster risk, sustainable development and regional planning.
