It integrates genetic and genomic information from multiple Arachis species including cultivated peanut, and provides tools such as genome browser, sequence search, gene expression resources and marker-assisted selection. PeanutBase is developed and hosted by the Legume Crop Database Group of the National Center for Genome Resources (NCGR) and the Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS) of the United States Department of Agriculture.
