Historic Facade Easements

This is a polygon data set representing historic easements purchased by or donated to the City of Boise. The easement is typically triggered by the property owner, however the city under the direction of the Council can instigate an easement. An application is made to the City of Boise PDS Department. The application is heard before the Historic Preservation Commission for a recommendation and then proceeds onto the City Council for a final decision. If approved there is a resolution and a signed easement document. This data set was created from a list previously maintained by the Historic Preservation division of the PDS department. This data was created and is maintained by the City of Boise. This data is updated as needed. It is current to the date of publication.
