Stand Up for Health Questionnaire Data

This zipped file contains Stand Up for Health questionnaire data (Stand Up for Health project- NIHR PHR 17/149/19). It includes a questionnaire data dictionary, pre-lockdown questionnaire data (2 files- baseline and 6 month), and post-lockdown questionnaire data (2 files- baseline and 3 month). Please note, data for the following fields have been removed to maintain anonymity: 1. Date dd/mm/yy 2. Demographics-Q3 (Job title) 3. Demographics-Q9 (open-ended field) 4. Activity Pref-Q6 (open-ended field: only present in Pre lockdown-6M data) 5. Demographics-Q7 and Q8 (name and location of previous organisation).
