Tropical Maize Double Haploid Rate Analyses

This repository contains R scripts used for the phenotypic, genomic, and genomic selection analyses of a tropical maize population evaluated for **double haploid (DH) rate induction**, including both **putative (HIRp)** and **real (HIRr)** induction rates.
