Additional file 1. Summary table cohort 1. This table lists basic clinical characteristics (e.g. age at ID, time to REL, sex, bone marrow blast count), molecular subgroups and the status of CYB5Aalt for each sample of the exploratory cohort. Further, it indicates which samples had sufficient RNA to detect gene fusions and alternative transcripts, referred to as cohort 1 (n = 86), and passed the quality check for gene expression analysis.
