Transcriptomic analysis of myogenic differentiation using muscle-derived cell lines from black sea bream (Acanthopagrus schlegelii)

This project aims to characterize the transcriptomic landscape of myogenic differentiation in black sea bream (Acanthopagrus schlegelii) using muscle-derived cell lines with distinct myogenic potentials. RNA sequencing was performed to compare proliferative and differentiation states, enabling identification of gene expression programs associated with extracellular matrix remodeling, muscle development, and metabolic regulation during myogenesis.
