With the in-depth study of exosomes, it has been discovered that tumor-derived exosomes could transform normal fibroblasts into cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and further affect metastasis and drug resistance of CAFs. FOXN3 was the target of tumor-derived exosomes. The understanding of downstream genes regulated by FOXN3 is nessesary. An alternative ChIP-seq method, CUT&RUN was applied to explored the downstream genes directly regulated by FOXN3 Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (CUT&RUN) for FOXN3 in MRC5 cells.
