Database for context factors study favoring success in the accreditation process in Colombian hospitals, 2016

This is the SPSS database with which a case-control study was conducted in 54 medium and high complexity hospitals in Colombia, to identify the context factors that can favor the achievement of organizational advances for the improvement of quality and accreditation in health. The database contains variables of an adapted and validated instrument of the MUSIQ model ("Model for Understanding Success in Quality") and which consists of 35 items to characterize four dimensions of context (Environment-Macrosystem-Microsystem-Quality Team), which measure 23 elements and factors through 5 validated scales.
