A price survey of a single plate across the nation revealed an average price of 376 yen in October 2024. Over the period from January 2015 to October 2024 (a span of 118 months), the month with the highest price for plates in supermarkets across the nation was April 2016, at 601 yen, while the month with the lowest price was July 2021, at 310 yen. The price difference between the peak (April 2016) and the lowest (July 2021) price periods for plates across the national area was 291.0864 yen.
