This project is the investigation of the characteristics of gut microbiota between young adult female with and without PDM using by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. PCoA analysis showed that gut bacterial communities during PDM were significantly different compared to controls, but were similar to the control group after 21-28 days of dietary fiber intervention.
