The transcriptomics reads were used to build a new gene prediction workflow Using this approach, we could predict 14,159 High Five genes which were then functionally annotated. This integrative approach could be in theory applied to any genomes and results to valuable resources. With these information available, High Five cells will become an even better tools for protein expression and could be used in a wide range of applications, from promoter identifications to genome engineering and editing.
