Summary statistics of GAP1 CNV dynamics in glutamine-limited chemostats.

Tup is the number of elapsed generations before CNVs are reliably detected (>7% frequency, see Methods). Sup is the rate of increase in CNV abundance during the initial expansion of the CNV subpopulation (S1 Text). The frequency of CNVs in the population at generation 150 and generation 250, when genome sequencing was performed, is also reported.
