Sequencing data information of <i>Pseudomonas protegens </i>M4 and <i>Citrobacter braakii </i>M34.

This is a data note on the draft of genome sequences of two bacterial strains, namely <i>Pseudomonas protegens </i>M4 and <i>Citrobacter braakii</i> M34, which were isolated from the sunflower endosphere. The two bacterial strains are potential drought-tolerant and plant growth promoters. The genomic insights of their genomes revealed the presence of functional genes and secondary metabolites of agricultural importance essential for sustainable sunflower production.
