Datasets (1,000 simulations per class) used to train and test the FAST-NN and FASTER-NN models, along with commands to generate 50,000 simulations per class for each dataset. Datasets are in the MS file format. Folder names correspond to the datasets presented in the paper. BASEx.txt contains neutral simulations, and TESTx.txt contains selective sweep simulations.
